JB Eastern Dispersal Link, also called dispersion of Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Scheme is a new highway to Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Highway km 8.1 (5.0 miles) will connect to the Southern motorway North-South Road to Pandan to the new Sultan Iskandar CIQ complex in the centre of the city. Will it serve bypass to CIQ complex without using Strait Highway (Federal route) from the city centre. This project is part of the economic South Johor region (SJER) or development Iskandar (IDR) region is expected to cost RM 1 billion.

The construction of the link (Johor Bahru Eastern dispersion link) proposed in 2004 in the Ninth Malaysia Plan (2006-2010). The construction of this highway is to begin October 1, 2007. It expects that the road will be completed by 2011.
